PADDLESPORT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - Wessex
Full time 37 hours per week
(Somerset, Gloucestershire, Bristol and Avon, Dorset, Wiltshire)

We are seeking applicants with the following attributes:

• Commitment to developing sport and young people and have an understanding of the issues involved
• Experience of coaching – including experience in a volunteer setting
• Experience and a positive attitude to both competitive and recreational aspects of Paddlesport
• Experience of sport development and or management skills
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Good administration, organisation  and IT skills with at least 3 years relevant work experience
• The ability to be a team player but also to work on your own initiative and under pressure 
• Willing, enthusiastic and energetic!

Salary - £22,000 per annum, plus pension scheme.
